Nigiri Sushi/Sashimi
Nigiri
Sushi means "pressed in the hand," and the chef forms a small oval of sushi rice in one hand, then presses a choice strip of
fish or shellfish on top. Sashimi
is a Japanese delicacy primarily consisting of very fresh raw seafood, sliced into thin pieces, and served with only a dipping sauce.
